The SNH-REC
Reviews and approves research involving human participants before commencement
Ensures that research is scientifically and ethically sound.
Protects the rights, safety, privacy, and welfare of research participants
Conducts continuing oversight of approved research throughout its duration.
Ensures compliance with the National Code of Health Research Ethics and other applicable national and international ethical guidelines.
